Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle payments and cash transactions, prepare invoices, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain General Ledger and accounting records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process vendor payments and customer collections.
• Manage cash handling and bank transactions.
• Prepare sales invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Assist in TDS compliance and statutory filings.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
• Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
• Experience working with ERP Software.
• Strong knowledge of GST Filing and GST Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Management, and Invoicing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Assistant Accountant

Position: Assistant Accountant
Gender: Male / Female
Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹17,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Work with ERP systems for accounting and reporting activities.
Prepare and submit daily expense reports and financial statements to the Managing Director.
Verify petty cash and expense records with proper supporting documents.
Prepare ledger statements, payment reports, and credit reports.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
Assist in salary processing and other accounting activities.

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance and inspections on CNC machines (e.g., Fanuc,, Makino).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components such as ball screws, guideways, bearings, linear rails, gearboxes, spindles, and couplings.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and maintain maintenance checklists.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble CNC mechanical components as needed.
• Check and align machine axes, spindle runout, backlash, and lubrication systems.
• Support installation and alignment of new CNC machines or retrofitting of mechanical parts.
• Maintain documentation of repairs, service logs, and parts replacements.
• Collaborate with electrical maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor the condition of machine tools and advise on part replacements or upgrades.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for borewell machine gearboxes, integrating both digital marketing (paid search, SEM, SEO) and traditional marketing tactics (trade shows, events, and public relations) to drive brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Optimize the website and content for SEO, enhancing search rankings, and create traditional marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and technical manuals to ensure consistent messaging across digital and physical channels.

Leverage digital channels like paid social media advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing to target key decision-makers in the borewell machinery sector, while also managing public relations to increase brand awareness in industry publications and through media outlets.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, while also conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the borewell industry.

Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing digital advertising spend and allocating resources to traditional marketing efforts such as events and trade shows, ensuring a balance between online and offline strategies for maximum ROI.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales collateral, customer loyalty programs, and referral initiatives, using both digital assets (e.g., landing pages, email campaigns) and offline materials to support lead generation and customer retention in the borewell machinery market.

Field visits should be done monthly 3-6 times in Northern Part of India. During field visits all the facilities had been facilitated from the company with good environment
( Flight travel, food, accommodation)

Following up orders and meeting the customer satisfaction with timely delivery of products.

Enquiries to customers regarding Gearbox and supporting them from end to end.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM

Preferences:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Languages known: Tamil, English, Hindi( Must)
• Additional languages also more preferable.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Willingness to travel
• Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Salary : 3,60,000 – 4,80,000 per annum + Incentive
