Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Experience: min 3 years Qualifications: ITI/DME/ECE/BE Roles & Responsibilities • Perform routine mechanical maintenance and inspections on CNC machines (e.g., Fanuc,, Makino). • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components such as ball screws, guideways, bearings, linear rails, gearboxes, spindles, and couplings. • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and maintain maintenance checklists. • Dismantle, repair, and reassemble CNC mechanical components as needed. • Check and align machine axes, spindle runout, backlash, and lubrication systems. • Support installation and alignment of new CNC machines or retrofitting of mechanical parts. • Maintain documentation of repairs, service logs, and parts replacements. • Collaborate with electrical maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and optimize machine performance. • Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. • Monitor the condition of machine tools and advise on part replacements or upgrades.
