Job Title: Maintenance/Electrician Experience: 02-10 Years Qualifications: ITI/DME/ECE/BE Perform routine mechanical maintenance and inspections on CNC machines (e.g., Fanuc,, Makino). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components such as ball screws, guideways, bearings, linear rails, gearboxes, spindles, and couplings. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and maintain maintenance checklists. Dismantle, repair, and reassemble CNC mechanical components as needed. Check and align machine axes, spindle runout, backlash, and lubrication systems. Support installation and alignment of new CNC machines or retrofitting of mechanical parts. Maintain documentation of repairs, service logs, and parts replacements. Collaborate with electrical maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and optimize machine performance. Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor the condition of machine tools and advise on part replacements or upgrades.
