Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Inward Entry Operator to record incoming materials, maintain accurate stock records, verify documents, and coordinate with the stores, purchase, and production teams. Key Responsibilities Enter daily inward material details accurately into the system. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices. Maintain inward registers, stock records, and inventory reports. Check material quantities and report discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation of incoming materials. Coordinate with the purchase and production teams regarding material receipts. Update stock details using MS Excel or ERP software. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of company records. Qualifications & Skills Any Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Engineering background preferred. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry. Knowledge of inventory management and ERP software is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Salary & Benefits Experience :2-5 years Relevent field Experence Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month Education: Engineering graduates or diploma holders preferred.
